Boom barriers, turnstiles and metal detectors can be installed the main entry gates of the society to control the entry of the visitors inside the society. Moreover, Beam Detectors can also be installed at the periphery of the society to curb the entrance of intruders into the society.
CCTV cameras can be installed at the different areas of the society to monitor the activities of the society staff, visitors and residents.
Third tire consists of a video door phone system at each flat which allows residents to see, speak to and verify the visitors before willingly allowing them to come in to the society and flats.
Forth tier is an intelligent system to guard doors , windows and other entry points of the flats and to raise an alarm through panic buttons in case of an emergency .The purpose of this system is to protect the flats from burglary, intrusion and attacked from servants or vendors . This is achieved by installing various intrusion sensors and panic buttons inside the flats. These devices are then linked up to the heart of the system- the Control Panel. The control panel monitors all doors, windows and other entry points through the connected devices. In the event of an unauthorized entry, the system is triggered and an alarm is immediately raised through powerful sounders. An inbuilt or attached speech dialer will notify the near & dear ones, security guards of the society and anyone else you would like notified, in case of an emergency and deliver an intrusion or fire message recorded in your very own voice! Text messages (SMS) can also be sent if using a GSM based speech dialer option. Various fire and gas leak detectors can be installed with fire alarm panels or can also be connected to intrusion control panel to detect fire or gas leakage. Alarm information can also be communicated to main security room of the society in the form of pop-up on PC/tablet .
The system can also be connected to Securico 24x7 Video & Alarm Monitoring Station (VAMS) where trained monitoring officers are present round the clock to keep an eye on the premises and assist in case of an emergency. In case of intrusion attempt, attack on residents, fire, gas leakage etc. an automatic alert is generated at the CMS and our monitoring officers can see what's happening at the site through CCTV cameras installed inside the tower and society and inform society guards, police, fire brigade etc. as per the need of the situation.
