Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for security systems, including access control, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, and other related products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners (C&I dealers).
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers' needs.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI sales landscape.

Industry – Security

Work Experience – 4-9 years of experience in BFSI Sales or Channel Sales, preferably in Security Systems or related fields

Education – Graduation – BA/B.Tec/ BCom/B. Sc. With good college, MBA, Full Time from prominent institute good to have.

Age – 25-35 Years

Base Location –Faridabad

Role –

Communication:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and internal/external correspondence.

 

Calendar Management & Meeting Coordination:

  • Plan and organize internal and external meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and events for the MDs and Directors, ensuring effective time management.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

 

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain Physical, Electronic files and Reports, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

 

Office Coordination & Administrative duties:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • General office management including ordering supplies, coordinating with other departments, and performing ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Work Experience – 3-5 years

Education – Graduation/ Post Graduation

FEMALE WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND PERSONALITY IS MUST.

Base Location – Mumbai

Created comprehensive business plan to outline business growth strategy, including external and internal marketing strategies.

Delivered engaging sales presentations to new & existing corporate clients, explaining technical information in simplified language to promote features and increase client base.

Handled all customer relations issues pleasantly, enabling quick resolution and client satisfaction.

Set and achieved sales targets for assigned region.

Established strong relationships with major accounts and key decision-makers to increase sales in designated territory.

Met deadlines by proactively managing individual and team tasks and streamlining processes
